🛡Over the territory of #Crimea, four ATACMS operational-tactical missiles were destroyed at night, the Russian Defence Ministry said.

🔹In the #Kherson direction, counter-action by both sides is intensifying on islands in the floodplain of the #Dnieper River. The area is targeted by artillery, and drones are also an integral factor influencing the course of hostilities. In this regard, the issue of mobile electronic warfare for our units is acute. The RFAF are using high precision munitions to eliminate the temporary deployment points of the AFU on the enemy coast.

🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, small groups of infantry are fighting in #Rabotino and northwest of #Verbovoye. An enemy attack was repelled in small arms combat near #Verbovoye. The AFU hit a five-storey house in #Tokmak, injuring four civilians.

🔹On the #Veremyevka ledge, The RFAF attacked #Urozhaynoye. In the face of constant enemy counterattacks, our units advanced to a distance of 300 metres. The Russian Army's artillery and aviation fire disrupted the rotation of enemy units.

🔹In the #SouthDonetsk (#Ugledar) direction, fighting resumed near #Novomikhaylovka. The RFAF intensified attacks on #Paraskoviyevka. They report successes of our units in #Krasonogorovka near the Refractory Plant.

🔹At #ChasovYar, the enemy is pulling reinforcements from other sectors of the front. The enemy's propaganda turns the battle for the town into another symbol, the so-called "fortress". Heavy fighting is ongoing.

🔹In the #Kupyansk direction, the storming of #Kislovka by our troops continues.

💥In #Belgorod region, #Malinovka village of Belgorod district was attacked by an AFU drone. In #Shebekino, a kamikaze UAV hit a gas filling station. In #Voznesenovka, Shebekino urban district, a drone attacked a car and a bus of a commercial enterprise injured two civilians.

💥In #Kursk region, #Guyevo and #Gornal in the Sudzhansky district, #Lokot and #Kozino in the Rylsky district, Novy Put settlement and #Yelizavetovka village in the Glushkovsky district were shelled. Near #Troitskoye, Korenevsky district, the AFU UAVs dropped explosive devices three times. Near the Sudzha checkpoint, a kamikaze drone exploded when it landed, damaging a lorry with shrapnel. 🔹The RFAF retain the initiative and conduct successfully tactical offensives in a number of directions. Events are developing rapidly in the #Pokrovskoye direction - our flag has been planted in #Arkhangelskoye near #Ocheretino and flanking strikes by our units are ongoing, which level the frontline.

🔹In the #SouthDonetsk direction, after protracted fighting, the RFAF stormed the Refractory Plant in #Krasnogorovka. There is a battle for #Georgiyevka, and attacks are being launched from #Novomikhaylovka on #Paraskoviyevka. In #Vremyevka sector, our troops entered #Urozhaynoye.

🔹There are heavy battles for #Rabotino, #ChasovYar and #Kislovka.

🔹The Enemy experiences a personnel shortage along the entire front, the training level of Ukrainian soldiers thrown into battle is falling, they are transferred to the most difficult areas from other parts of the front, reducing the defensive capabilities. At the same time, the enemy is still able to conduct an organised defence and skillfully hold back our advance. A special danger is posed by enemy drones, which, due to relay systems and their number, hit multiple targets at a depth of up to 30 km.

🔹#NATO is intensifying the production of antiaircraft systems and guided missiles: Russian FABs with UMPC and missile weapons are being used more often every day, and supplies to the troops are increasing. Our military pilots report the depletion of the AFU's air defence in a number of directions, allowing them to conduct combat missions more freely.

🔹After the allocation of a multibillion dollar aid package by the #US, the Western media increasingly hear explanations about the difficulties and the time required to deliver weapons and equipment to #Ukraine. At the same time, the same artillery strikes with cluster munitions of #NATO calibre are constantly being carried out by the AFU, which indicates that the enemy retains barrel artillery and ammunition for it. In the hope of stopping the offensive of our troops, the AFU lost at least one more #US Abrams in defensive battles during the week, despite instructions from the #US not to allow any more losses of this equipment.

🔹Mobilisation in #Ukraine is tightening. TCCs (military commissions) have been allocated quotas to take people from defence and socially important enterprises where people previously had reservations from the front. Cadets in the 2nd-5th years of one of the military universities were also sent to the war zone this week under the legend of field training. TCC officers are now on duty at mobile police posts in cities, and #Ukraine's leadership is taking practical measures to restrict the rights of Ukrainian citizens abroad to ensure their return to the country. However, #Ukraine's mobilisation potential is still estimated at several million people, although further forcibly sending people to the front will only increase social tensions and take workers out of the dying economy.

🔹The Enemy launches daily drone and artillery strikes on "old" Russian regions, and periodically tries to hit air defence positioning areas in #Crimea, naming the Crimean bridge among its main targets in the future.

🔹In #Russia, many processes have come to a standstill in the run-up to the inauguration of the Supreme Leader and Victory Day. News about the arrested Deputy Defence Minister Timur Ivanov has died down, and there have been no significant positive changes in the military bureaucracy.

🔹#Ukraine expects an offensive of the RFAF on #Kharkov and #Sumy regions, estimating the offensive potential of our Army in the direction of 35-70 thousand people, which is not enough to storm major cities. The announcement by the Russian Interior Ministry that Zelensky, Poroshenko and a couple of Kiev functionaries are on the wanted list is significant, which indicates probable plans after 20 May 2024 to stop recognising the Kiev Regime as legitimate with all the ensuing consequences.

⚓️Last night, against the background of info from the media citing sources in the security services about #Ukraine's preparation of a combined strike on #Crimea, monitoring resources reported the activity of enemy targets in the airspace around the peninsula, and the Crimean bridge was closed to traffic. During the analysis of yesterday's attack by enemy drone boats on our boat base near #Chernomorskoye, it was found that the enemy used surface drones with missile weapons designed to hit air targets.

🔹In the #Kherson region, battle operations in the #Krynki area and on the #Dnieper floodplain islands, where our problem is still insufficient equipment with small watercraft. Front-line soldiers from the field report finding solutions by repairing old boats abandoned by local residents.

🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, the RFAF are conducting assaults in #Rabotino and northwest of #Verbovoye. It is reported about daring assault actions of our fighters on motorised vehicles, as a result of which another enemy stronghold was occupied.

🔹In the #Kherson direction, there are no significant changes, both sides are carrying out mutual artillery strikes, and the AFU is using many drones. The AFU fired mortars at #Dnepryany in Novokakhovsky district.

🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, northwest of #Verbovoye small assault groups of the AFU tried to get closer to our positions, the enemy was stopped by counter small arms fire. The RFAF reported success in #Rabotino. There is an advance to the north of the settlement.

🔹On the #Vremyevka ledge, heavy bloody fighting on #Staromayorskoye continues. The RFAF are suffering losses during the weeklong offensive, but are also developing success at this locality. From the field, fighters report multidirectional actions of our infantry and artillery, and note serious damage from enemy artillery fire with cluster munitions. 💥#Belgorod was shelled with MLRS in the morning. Eight people were injured: seven adults and one child. Yesterday, the village of #Murom, Shebekinsky urban district, came under AFU artillery fire. 🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, it is reported that RFAF assault groups are advancing in #Rabotino from the centre to the northern outskirts. It is reported that there is heavy counter fighting. 🎯 Yesterday, precision strikes on facilities in the #Odessa region hit (see also on bottom) enemy logistics centres. The AFU are still experiencing problems due to a lack of air defence assets, enemy monitoring channels are reporting our reconnaissance UAVs over the region. At 06:00, the enemy claimed that rockets from #Crimea were again launched at #Odessa.

🔹In the #Kharkov direction, the "North" Group of Troops continues its offensive, they reported full control over #Staritsa, there is information about our troops entering #Zybino. Heavy fighting continues in #Volchansk, the Russian Army on the approaches to #Liptsy. Strikes are carried out on the rear areas of the enemy. The AFU is transferring reserves from the #Kupyansk, #ChasovYar, #Kramatorsk and #Krasnoarmeysk directions.

🔹In the #Kupyansk direction, the RFAF are attacking on the frontline north of the recently liberated #Kislovka.

🔹In #ChasovYar's eastern "Kanal Microdistrict", our troops are attacking the urban area with the support of tanks and artillery.

In the village of #Gorodishche, Rylsk district, a Ukrainian copter dropped explosive devices twice. 🗓 The Past Week passed against the backdrop of Shoygu's departure for a new position and Belousov's appointment as the new defence minister. On Tuesday, 14 May 2024, the Investigative Committee of #Russia announced the opening of a criminal case and the detention of Kuznetsov, head of the Personnel Department of the RF MoD, for his acts of corruption committed when he was the head of the 8th Directorate of the General Staff of the RFAF (protection of state secrets). The board of the MoD did not bring any drastic changes in the staff of the ministry, but such changes are expected and are extremely necessary. As with the arrested Timur Ivanov, "everybody knows everything," but a one-time work on all officials may have the opposite effect.

🔹Beloussov has accepted a heavy "inheritance" with familiar ailments. "Beautiful reports" still hinder the objective assessment of the situation and making correct managerial decisions, which is also the reason for his thesis "you can make mistakes, but you can't lie". The supply of the Army with small drones, electronic warfare, optoelectronic and sound-monitoring complexes, communications, strengthening of our air defence, bringing the military economy to "normal combat" can be named at a glance. The tasks of the Supreme have been announced by the new Minister, and there is a lot of work to be done.

🔹In the new #Kharkov direction, our troops are creating a buffer zone, there are heavy battles, a number of settlements have been occupied, in which the defence of the AFU has fallen apart. The enemy is mired in scandals and theft in the construction of engineering barriers, but managed to pull up reserves from other directions and slow down the advance of our troops near #Liptsy and in #Volchansk. The Russian Army is responding with a covering manoeuvre and FAB and artillery strikes.

🔹The Enemy is conducting daily shelling of the frontline #Kursk and #Belgorod regions, and weapons supplied by #NATO countries are being used against the inhabitants of the latter, which, according to the promises of our honourable agencies, should have had serious consequences for Kiev. Nevertheless, the promised action in the public field has not yet been observed.

🔹The Advance of our troops on the #Ocheretino ledge west of #Avdeyevka has slowed down; to the south, our troops are moving forward with heavy fighting. The RFAF retain the initiative in the #Kupyansk direction near #Kislovka. Bloody battles are taking place near the eastern part of #ChasovYar. The assault on #Krasnogorovka in the #SouthDonetsk direction continues. #Staromayorskoye and #Urozhaynoye on the #Vremyevka ledge. On the #Zaporozhye front, our troops are storming the ill-fated #Rabotino, suffering heavy losses from drones and artillery of the AFU, while there is nowhere to entrench in the destroyed village itself, there is practically no small arms fighting. The hope in this section is for an advance from #Verbovoye, but its pace is also understandably slow.

🔹The Week was characterised by massive drone and rocket attacks by the AFU in #Crimea and #Krasnodar territory. The enemy's targets are military airfields, oil refineries and port infrastructure. The enemy inflicts, above all, economic damage, which clearly exceeds the cost of normal air defence organisation.

🔹Thus, the Russian Army generally retains the initiative all along the front, a new direction has been opened, which draws the AFU forces away from other sections. #Ukraine's military machine, supported only at #NATO's expense, is being systematically destroyed in the battles. A "window of opportunity" for our aviation is being noted, as enemy air defence systems have been knocked out or depleted, with not much time left before new systems are delivered from the West.

🎯 At Night, a combined air strike was carried out against the enemy's rear. In the first half of the night, ‘Geranium’ UAVs were active, after which missile weapons were used, including from Tu-95ms strategic bombers. Explosions were heard at the #Starokonstantinov Airfield in #Khmelnitsky region, Bela Tserkva in #Kiev region, #Chernomorsk (#Ilyichevsk) and #Odessa, #Kharkov, #Chuguyev, and #Poltava region.

🔹In the #Kharkov direction, the fighting is becoming positional in nature, there are many drones in the sky. The RFAF are destroying enemy manpower and equipment with Lancet UAVs, artillery and aviation. In #Volchansk there are heavy battles for the territory of the Aggregate Plant. It is reported about the occupation of dominant heights in the forest area west of the #Zelenoye village, which is close to the border, by our stormtroopers, the enemy tried to counterattack.

🔹In the #Kupyansk direction, the RFAF have consolidated north of #Ivanovka in a section up to 2 km wide and up to 1 km deep. Thus, in recent weeks, including as a result of the liberation of several settlements, frontal bulges have been formed near #Ivanovka, west of #Kislovka, near #Tabayevka and #Berestovoye.

🔹In the #ChasovYar direction, the enemy discovered that RFAF units were using a huge elevated pipe to move stealthily along the Seversky Donets-Donbass Canal to get out of the southern part of the forest area into the Canal Microdistrict.

🔹West of #Avdeyevka, the Russian Army is conducting attacking operations in #Novoaleksandrovka, near the village of #Sokol, near #Novopokrovskoye and north of #Umanskoye.

🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, the RFAF continue to destroy enemy positions north of #Rabotino, west of #Nesteryanka, and in #Pyatikhatki, where our TOSs are 👉 operating.

🔹In the Kherson direction, the enemy coast is under 👉 constant strikes by our FABs with UMPC and artillery. The enemy in response to the intensification of our actions in the island zone is increasing the supply of FPV-drones to the direction, the number of recently received UAV data is counted in hundreds. In turn, to defend against our drones, the AFU is using portable electronic warfare systems on the islands.

💥In #Belgorod region, four civilians suffered from terrorist strikes by the AFU. As a result of shelling and FPV drone strikes, women were wounded in #Prilesye and #Repyakhovka in Krasnoyaruzhsky district, and a resident of #Grayvoron was also injured. The administration building of the Grayvoron urban district was attacked, an employee of the administration was injured.
