1. FC Köln v FC Bayern München - Bundesliga Photo by Rene Nijhuis/BSR Agency/Getty Images Things are going swimmingly at Bayern Munich. As rumors of interest from Real Madrid and Manchester City swirl, the agent for Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies wants to step away from the negotiating table and wait to see how things play at the club before having his client ink a new deal. Bild issued a report that could be seen as damaging to many fans. Despite Davies’ struggles over the past two seasons, he still maintains vast potential and massive following. In addition, fans adore and support the Canadian, who many want to see stay at the club for his entire career. For many reasons, that could be in doubt: The Canadian’s contract ends in 2025. An extension was prepared between his advisor Nedal Huoseh (53) and the old management. There was already a handshake between the two sides, now the last numbers should be discussed. Huoseh has been in Munich for more than two weeks. He starts his journey home on Wednesday: without an agreement, but with an uneasy feeling.“It’s a chaotic time at Bayern Munich. I’m not sure what’s going on and who we’ll be dealing with,” says the consultant, referring to his future contacts. He is concerned about the state of the club: “There seems to be too much instability and uncertainty about the direction of the club.”Davies is on the list of several top European clubs. The lightning-fast full-back has attracted interest from Real Madrid, Manchester City and Man United, among others. The negotiations are now on hold for Huoseh!Huoseh to Bild: “Maybe it’s better if we wait until 2024 and see how things develop with the club before we move on to a new contract.”How serious is all of this? Well...Some context regarding the comments by Alphonso Davies' agent Nick Huoseh. Davies was very much a Hasan Salihamidzic signing.

It was Salihamidzic and Neppe that convinced the Davies camp to move to #Bayern. The hesitation regarding a new deal, therefore, makes sense. pic.twitter.com/SBepFQEpJj— Manuel Veth (@ManuelVeth) May 29, 2023It remains to be seen what happens, but previous rumors indicated that Davies wanted stability ahead of the 2026 World Cup and it would be at that point where the left-back might consider changing clubs. Now, though, stability is not exactly the best way to describe the current state of affairs at Bayern Munich.

England v North Macedonia: Group C - UEFA EURO 2024 Qualifying Round Photo by Joe Prior/Visionhaus via Getty Images How serious is Bayern Munich getting about another run at Harry Kane? According to football journalist Rudy Galetti, Bayern Munich is “set to start talks” with Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane.Say what?In recent days, rumors began to re-emerge that Bayern Munich wanted to take another run at the English star after things seemingly fell apart during the first attempt by the Bavarians in the late spring: As revealed in Jan, #Kane remains the main target of Bayern Munich for the attack.

‼️ The striker likes the destination and, after some contacts with the club, it seems that there'll be no issues to agree personal terms.

️ #Bayern are now set to start talks with #THFC. https://t.co/Kp49WWqa6W pic.twitter.com/TmmRpuYnUN— Rudy Galetti (@RudyGaletti) June 23, 2023ESPN added some context to the report, as well: Bayern are believed to be in the market for a high-profile forward this summer after seeing Robert Lewandowski join Barcelona last season. Alongside Kane, the Bundesliga outfit have been linked to Eintracht Frankfurt’s Randal Kolo Muani and Atalanta’s Rasmus Hojlund, showcasing Bayern’s desire to bring an established forward to the club.Manchester United were previously linked with a move for Kane, however, the Red Devils interest has cooled due to the £100 million fee Spurs would want for his transfer. Whilst Bayern may struggle to meet that £100m valuation, Spurs could be more forgiving to a club outside of England.Could this really...happen?BFW AnalysisAdmittedly, I have been doubting a move like this could happen for months, so it did seem a little odd to see rumors start to pop back up this week. Kane is — absolutely — coveted by Bayern Munich, but there are major doubts about his willingness to leave England. Much like the ill-fated pursuit of West Ham’s Declan Rice, Bayern Munich appears to be fooling itself into thinking that an “in his prime” English will make the jump to Germany. But...is it really all that foolish?Maybe, maybe not, but the Bavarians are going to explore all options and not leave any stone unturned in trying to add a world class striker. Erling Haaland and Robert Lewandowski are not available and while it still might be an utter longshot to convince Kane to leave England, Bayern Munich is willing to take the old “puncher’s chance” pursuit of the high-scoring 29-year-old.

SSC Napoli v ACF Fiorentina - Serie A Photo by Jonathan Moscrop/Getty Images Fingers crossed! Another super defender is set to join the Bavarians’ ranks. Talented center-back Kim Min-jae is still looking destined for Bayern Munich. The 26-year-old Korean international who was a stalwart for Napoli’s Serie A trophy-winning 2022/23 season has been inching towards a move to Germany, and despite some attempts by teams such as Manchester United to push in, the Bavarians are about to close the deal. That’s according to transfers guru Fabrizio Romano this week. It seems to be little more than dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s at this point:Bayern remain optimistic on Kim Min-jae deal. The agreement on personal terms is almost done since two weeks, waiting on key details to be discussed once the military service is over #Bayern

FC Bayern München v 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam - FLYERALARM Frauen-Bundesliga Photo by Mark Wieland/Getty Images What’s going on here? Bayern Munich might be assembling a goalkeeping Voltron. With Manuel Neuer, Yann Sommer, Sven Ulreich, Alexander Nübel, and Johannes Schenk currently rostered, it would seem that Bayern Munich would be seeking to get rid of some bodies in the goalkeeper room instead of add some, right? However, you might consider that the team might soon have two goalkeeper coaches, so maybe this is just the new normal. Either way, the Bavarians have been linked to Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili, who is 6’6” (1.98m) and just 22-years-old. According to a report from Italian journalist Rudy Galetti, Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch is drawing serious interest from Italy.Juventus, AC Milan, Inter Milan, and Napoli are all reportedly very interested in the Dutchman, who has been unhappy with his role in Bavaria. Instead, Frenkie de Jong and Ilkay Gundogan have been utilised in deeper roles, although Barcelona’s intention is to play both in their natural positions, although a new pivot is needed in order for this to happen. As such, it is likely that Barcelona will try to sign a new defensive midfielder in the summer, and one player they could go for is Fulham’s Joao Palhinha. The Portuguese international “would be delighted” to sign for the Catalan club, according to Sport, citing sporting and personal reasons for wanting the move. The problem for Barcelona is that Fulham would demand a large fee, likely to be in the region of €60m. They could struggle to reach this because of their financial woes, and to make matters worse, Bayern Munich are also very interested in Palhinha.Gunners could make play for Zubimendi (Mundo Deportivo via 90Min.com)Real Sociedad midfielder…

Admittedly, Gnabry (torn muscle bundle) and Peretz (knee) have an easier road back than Sarr, who is still rehabbing from a torn ACL: ℹ️ Both trained for about an hour. VfB Stuttgart v Borussia Mönchengladbach - Bundesliga Photo by Alex Grimm/Getty Images This has been fun, eh? According to a report from Bild journalist Julian Agardi, Bayern Munich does not want to submit a third offer to VfB Stuttgart for Nick Woltemade. Instead, the Bavarians wants to hold a face-to-face meeting with representatives from Die Schwaben, but the VfB Stuttgart’s team of executives does not seem interested in such a summit: News Nick #Woltemade: FC #Bayern will not submit a 3rd offer to #VfB in the coming days. The Munich team wants to meet personally with the Stuttgart team before sending the next offer. The catch: VfB continues to reject such a meeting. Per Agardi and his Bild colleague Tobi Altschäffl (via @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich is flummoxed by the situation: Stuttgart’s tough stance is met with incomprehension both by FC Bayern and also by Woltemade’s camp.VfB Stuttgart’s hardline stance with Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen’s bitterness toward the Bavarians have left things feeling a bit....frosty for the German Rekordmeister and the rest of the league. The real loser in this deal is Woltemade, who has a much more lucrative contract waiting for him in Bavaria and a much better situation from a sporting perspective. The careers of Liverpool FC’s Luis Diaz and Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl could end up intertwined if the transfer move goes through. Meanwhile, is the rest of the Bundesliga sick of being bullied by Bayern Munich and is the league bleeding too much talent? Also, Paul Wanner and Lennart Karl could be in line for opportunities during the preseason...can the youngster take advantage of those chances? Finally, the father of Florian Wirtz talks through how the decision to join Liverpool played out and you can hear how HBO screwed BPW this week. Germany v France - UEFA Nations League 2025 Third Place Match Photo by Alex Grimm/Getty Images What do you think? It just might be do or die time for VfB Stuttgart as it pertains to a sale of Nick Woltemade to Bayern Munich. While the Bavarians want Woltemade badly, they are unwilling to get the transfer fee to a level that Stuttgart is comfortable with just yet. As it stands, Woltemade is off to camp with VfB Stuttgart (per Sport Bild’s Julian Agardi via @iMiaSanMia) Nick #Woltemade is not returning to Tegernsee on Monday, but already today to #VfB. In the morning, the striker will undergo his performance diagnostics and fitness tests in Bad Cannstatt. The day after tomorrow, he will head to Rottach-Egern. Woltemade still aims to join FC #Bayern. Will Bayern Munich buck the trend and get its man or will the Bavarians be out of luck?Tell us what you think in the comments below...With a move for Hugo Ekitiké getting close, the reality is that Bayern Munich is likely going to get Luis Diaz…whether fans like it or not. Bayern Munich has reportedly also exited talks with VfB Stuttgart to focus on a deal for Diaz. It might also just be time for Bayern Munich to rip off the band-aid and sell Kim Min-jae, João Palhinha, and Sacha Boey. Finally, we have a note Bayer Leverkusen’s CEO and his recent slam on Bayern.
