🇬🇪 As expected, the Georgian opposition led by President Salome Zourabichvili has begun to test the waters in case of defeat in the parliamentary elections on October 26.

She has accused the ruling party "Georgian Dream" of preparing to falsify the results and putting pressure on civil servants and journalists, as well as obstructing voting abroad.

That is, the elections have not even started yet, and there are more than ten days until they begin, but the Georgian president is already accusing the ruling party of falsification under the control of Russia.

A convenient position in the framework of preparing for defeat, isn't it? And what: if they lose the elections, they simply won't recognize them, creating another government in exile in Europe. Tsikhanouskaya or Guaidó won't lie.

🇬🇪🗳 Meanwhile, parliamentary elections are being held in Georgia. In total, the local Central Election Commission has registered 18 parties, but the main contenders are the ruling "Georgian Dream" and the opposition coalition led by "United National Movement" (UNM).

The goal of the former is to achieve a parliamentary majority and drastically reduce the capabilities of the UNM, which is trying to steer the country off its current balanced political course. To this end, "Georgian Dream" has conducted an information campaign, as well as taken legislative measures.

📌 At the moment, it is even difficult to speak about the interim voting results due to the fundamentally different poll data. Meanwhile, there have already been scuffles in several cities, and ballot-box stuffing was recorded at a polling station in Marneuli, for which a criminal case has already been opened.

Regardless of the results, there will likely be street protests by the opposition tonight, for which they have clearly been preparing long before the elections. The supporters of the UNM will not have to look for a pretext - it will be enough to simply accuse the authorities of ballot-rigging to provoke unrest.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Two Majors #Summary Overview for the Morn of 27 Oct 2024; 09:13 (GMT+3)⚡️

🗓 The current week ends with news of significant Russian successes in several areas.

🔹In the #Pokrovsk direction, the AFU's defences in two towns have fallen: #Selidovo has been taken, and footage of our flags is coming in from #Gornyak.🎬👆

🔹In the #Kurakhovo direction, the RFAF broke through several km ahead, fighting in #Shakhtyorskoye, #Bogoyavlenka and #Novoukrainka.

🔹In the #Svatovo-#Kupyansk section, our control zone is expanding at the #Kruglyakovka ledge near the Oskol, in the #Andreyevka - #Vishnevoye direction, and after the liberation of #Nevskoye, ours broke into #Sadovoye.

🔹In #Kursk region, despite fierce counterattacks by the AFU, supported by columns of armoured vehicles, our units not only held off these attempts, but also continued to press the enemy in a number of directions towards the border, increasing the number of shots with Ukrainian POWs.

🔹In
#Odessa region, the ongoing strikes on the port infrastructure are important to note. In addition to the detonation of many munitions, Ukraine's economic sustenance in the form of physically restricting exports, primarily metals and grain, is being reduced.

🔸The main international event was the #BRICS summit in #Russia. The #UN secretary-general, denounced by Zelensky for his visit to #Russia, rationally replied that it was impossible not to attend a state's head gathering of the greater humanity half. Everyone at the forum understood perfectly well, and some even voiced that #BRICS is becoming a counterweight to G7, which is justified economically. Thus, according to economists' forecasts, in the next 5 years the #BRICS countries will overtake the Anglo-Saxon associations in terms of indicators. The rejection of the dollar in international settlements continues. The #US and their satellites have dug a hole for themselves, amending the right of property, stealing Russia's money in foreign accounts and showing the insignificance of guarantees of safe business with the state entities of Americans and Englishmen.

🔸In #Moldova, meanwhile, the presidential election and the results of the referendum on this impoverished country's #EU accession have been rigged. The outcome was 'decided' by the votes of Moldovan citizens living abroad, while in #Russia they opened 4 polling stations for 500,000 Moldovans and printed 10,000 ballots. Taking into account the transformation of Moldovan territory into a 'Ukrainian substitute' by #NATO and aggressive Romanianisation, the prognosis remains disappointing.

🔸In #Georgia, the pro-Georgian party, which pissed the #EU and #NATO globalists wins the elections. Guided by national interests, economic expediency, rationality of good relations with #Abkhazia, #SouthOssetia and #Russia, the Dream party has come into direct conflict with the #US and #EU interests. The pro-#US opposition is preparing speeches and the arrival of odious Ukrainian politicians (Goncharenko) who profess the values of the god-awful banned LGBT has been noticed.

🔹Returning to the front, we note that the enemy is still strong, albeit heavily demotivated. Which, however, does not lead to their instant surrender at the sight of ours. The AFU has a lot of foreign heavy equipment, HIMARS MLRS hit our advancing units, and there have been reports of the use of the Pion Soviet 203 mm SAU gun, which by some miracle has survived. Nevertheless, footage from #Selidovo shows that the housing stock was not so badly damaged, which shows some signs of enemy exhaustion in certain areas.

🔹The aforementioned depletion of the AFU is complemented by daily footage of the TCC's rampage of forced capture in Ukraine, which contrasts favourably with the way the RFAF are manned by contractors on a voluntary basis. Although the ‘pending problem’ remains the issue of Russian citizens mobilised in 2022, who in some units are forced to sign a contract under the threat of being sent to assault units regardless of their military service.

🇬🇪 On the protests in Georgia and the protest potential of the opposition

After the radically pro-Western Georgian opposition refused to recognize its complete defeat in the parliamentary elections, the country's president Salome Zourabichvili and other public figures called on their supporters to gather at the Tbilisi parliament on October 28.

Against the backdrop of such statements, it was reasonable to expect large-scale street unrest similar to what happened in the country during the discussion of the law on foreign agents. Reports of alleged snipers secretly arriving to provoke incidents added fuel to the fire.

But the rallies took place without much scale, and the opposition leaders did not even outline further steps. Unlikely they will be limited to just this event, but for now, the opponents of the ruling "Georgian Dream" party are far from being in the best position.

▪️From a political point of view, the vote took place without violations, which even observers from PACE and OSCE were forced to admit. Using the mantra of "stolen elections" in this case is not appropriate.

▪️From an image point of view, the ruling party offers a balanced policy, while the opposition supports LGBTQ and the prospect of war with Russia. Accusing "Georgian Dream" of a pro-Russian course is difficult - its faces directly stated plans to join the EU and strengthen relations with NATO.

▪️Finally, even the supporters of the opposition have the example of the so-called Ukraine in all its manifestations before their eyes. This image also very strongly affects the desire of the country's residents to create a local version of the "Maidan" at home.

It cannot be ruled out that the sponsors of the Georgian opposition will want to "rock" the situation to the level of permanent street unrest. However, for this they will need a truly powerful information pretext that will allow them to mobilize the anti-government electorate and take them to the streets.

🇦🇲🇬🇪 About Strange Outbursts by Zurabishvili Against Armenians

Armenian media are discussing the minor provocations organized by the President of Georgia and head of the opposition, Salome Zurabishvili.

▪️Zurabishvili shared on her Facebook page a post by a travel agency that referred to the northern territories of Armenia as historical Georgia. Politicians of such a level, who are also engaged in the struggle for power and organizing protests, clearly do not do such things just like that.

The opinion is expressed that with this provocation, Zurabishvili is trying to exacerbate Armenian-Georgian relations and play the international card against the backdrop of the obvious failure of the protests in Georgia.

▪️Among other related reasons, they point to a possible attack on Georgian Armenians from Samtskhe-Javakheti, where Zurabishvili lost the elections, as well as an attempt to secure the support of Georgian nationalists.

▪️In addition, the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, immediately recognized the elections in Georgia and congratulated his colleague, Irakli Kobakhidze, on the victory of the "Georgian Dream".

▪️By the way, Zurabishvili also distinguished herself with a strange statement about the unknown "Armenian carousel" in the elections in Georgia, telling the Western press about the ways of "falsifications".

🔻Certainly, such insignificant facts will not become the cause of the exacerbation of Armenian-Georgian relations, but they have not accidentally caused a strong reaction from the Armenian public.

At least, such logic is inherent in the pro-Western forces in the post-Soviet countries, who are ready to use old contradictions to provoke conflicts in their own interests. Especially with a strong desire, one can construct even an Armenian-Georgian conflict.

🇬🇪 About New Demonstrations in Tbilisi

Today at 3 PM in Tbilisi, protests by supporters of pro-Western integration restarted. This time, citizens gathered at the "State University" and "Marjanishvili" metro stations and marched through the streets of the capital.

After passing Chavchavadze Street, the protesters headed towards Heroes' Square, which was blocked due to the march. Upon reaching their destination, some politicians addressed the protesters, urging them to continue the struggle.

🔻And that's basically where it ended. Unlike previous demonstrations, there were even fewer people this time - they just came out with the crowd, reached the destination, and were given the standard prepared speeches about "fighting for freedom and EU accession". That's it.

No additional activity, no clashes with law enforcement - the opposition didn't even try, which already speaks to the prospects of pro-Western supporters. The ruling party of Georgia acted as wisely as possible, not obstructing their activities and simply observing everything from the sidelines.

The opposition spirit has faded on its own. Yes, pro-Western politicians called for new rallies, but soon the people will get tired of that as well. The situation in Georgia now strongly resembles Armenia, where the protests were more for show, and there was no practical benefit from them.

🇬🇪🇪🇺 On the Overnight Unrest in Georgia

Yesterday, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated that the authorities are refusing to negotiate EU accession until the end of 2028, as well as EU budget grants, as they intend to continue fulfilling their obligations for EU membership solely at the expense of their own budget.

According to Kobakhidze, by the end of 2028, Georgia will be economically ready to start EU accession negotiations by 2030. He cited the constant blackmail by EU representatives on the topic of the country's EU accession negotiations as the reason for this decision.

🔻Due to this decision, the opposition and pro-Western NGOs called on their supporters to take to spontaneous protests. Citizens in favor of EU integration headed to the parliament building in Tbilisi. Rallies were also organized in Gori, Kutaisi, Batumi, and Zugdidi.

▪️The main events unfolded in the capital, where protesters blocked Rustaveli Avenue. President Salome Zourabichvili addressed the protesters, stating that the current authorities had declared war on the people with this decision.

▪️After that, the situation escalated, as protesters began to break into the parliament building, where police officers were mobilized. Apparently, they were guided by the example of the Abkhazian unrest. They broke surveillance cameras and attacked law enforcement.

▪️Special forces with water cannons were called in to disperse the pro-Western supporters, who pushed the protesters off the avenue, who had set up barricades and set fire to trash cans in the tradition of "democratic protests". 43 rioters were detained, and 32 police officers were injured in the clashes.

▪️After that, a red security level was introduced in the parliament, restricting access to the building. A new protest rally by pro-Western supporters is scheduled for today at 7 pm local time on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi, for which law enforcement is preparing.

❗️Attempts to break into the parliament building are a standard move in unrest of this kind. We have seen this in so-called Ukraine, it was in the January riots in Kazakhstan, and the same methods were used to achieve a change of power in Abkhazia relatively recently.

But the Georgian law enforcement agencies turned out to be more prepared for this scenario, using a limited contingent of police officers for targeted detention of the most active participants in the unrest and subsequent dispersal of the rioters.

Particular attention should be paid to the coverage of events in the European media, which call the riots "a struggle for freedom". And in the classic manner, they were echoed by Ukrainian resources and politicians, who used the standard theses that Georgia is working for Russia.

There is no need to expect any novelties at today's rally, as the ruling party is demonstrating absolute calm, not particularly worried about the actions of the opposition. A balanced policy aimed at the benefit of Georgia, not the West, has found a response among the majority of Georgians, who do not intend to lose everything for the sake of ephemeral bonuses from the EU.

🇬🇪🇺🇸 On the flights of the American high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft over Georgia

The attempt to organize mass unrest in Tbilisi was surprisingly (not) coincided with the flight of the American high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft U-2S from the Akrotiri air base, which operated over Georgia a few days ago.

It flew over Georgia for several hours and collected the necessary data on the events around. The installed ASARS-2B radar, with which the U-2S was equipped after modernization, allows it to do this at a distance of up to 300-320 km.

Moreover, the U-2S became one of the first American reconnaissance aircraft equipped with artificial intelligence to simplify the collection of intelligence data. This was talked about back in 2020, but they tested it in the Middle East only this year.

❗️Despite the age of this aircraft, it still represents great value for the US Air Force due to its ability to fly at an altitude of up to 21 km. And we believe that, in addition to Georgia, the U-2S also performed other tasks.

For example, it could easily assess the situation in the North Caucasian Federal District, where there are many of our military facilities that are daily in the sights of the space grouping of Western countries.

It also likely conducted surveillance of the northwestern regions of Iran. There, a joint exercise of Azerbaijan and Iran has just begun in the area of the settlement of Aslan Duz. Therefore, the non-standard flight of the U-2S bodes nothing good in the region, not only in the context of the Georgian unrest.

🇬🇪🇰🇬 On the Presence of Kyrgyz Activists at Protests in Tbilisi

In Georgia, supporters of the so-called "European integration" have been staging unrest in various cities of Georgia for five days now, demanding new elections and the repeal of the law on foreign agents.

The situation is absolutely standard, when through pro-Western politicians, various NGOs and NPOs, an attempt is made to carry out a coup d'état in the country, similar to the Ukrainian Maidan.

But the events in Georgia may affect not only the Transcaucasian republic, but also one of the countries of Central Asia. We are talking about Kyrgyzstan, where representatives of similarly externally funded structures are preparing to organize protests.

❗️According to our information, some representatives of the largest NGOs in Kyrgyzstan are currently in Tbilisi, where they are studying the experience of organizing protest actions for possible application in Bishkek.

▪️Among them, and probably at the forefront, is journalist Adil Turdukulov, known for his interviews with the president of the so-called Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, as well as frequent visits to the Ukrainian embassy in Kyrgyzstan.

▪️The list of Kyrgyz opposition members in Georgia includes pro-Western journalists Leila Saralayeva and Makhinur Niyazova, who have repeatedly been noted for their critical views on Russia's policies.

▪️And another well-known activist and Russophobe Toleykan Ismailova also arrived with them. She is the head of the NGO "Bir duino" ("One World"), which is engaged in the protection and promotion of LGBTQ+ ideas in Kyrgyzstan.

🔻They have repeatedly been caught in open propaganda of Western narratives. Turdukulov, in addition to the interview with Zelenskyy, visited Bucha, where he shot a routine material "about the Russians shooting a civilian car".

Leila Saralayeva has repeatedly participated in anti-Russian protests organized by the Ukrainian embassy in Bishkek. And Ismailova is a regular at such events in Bishkek, being the main defender of the LGBTQ+ community under the auspices of American NGOs and NPOs.

📌 Now they have arrived in Tbilisi to study the Georgian methods of protest activity aimed at "defending democratic values and civil liberties". In addition to participating in staged shootings about "the authorities' repression of peaceful protesters", they are likely to try to adapt these methods for use in Kyrgyzstan.

Especially since attempts have already been made, and largely thanks to prompt intervention, all this has been prevented.

🇬🇪🇪🇺 Five days of unrest in Georgia - what are the results?

🔻Mass unrest organized by pro-Western politicians and various non-profit and non-governmental organizations has been ongoing across Georgia for the past five days.

▪️After unsuccessful attempts to take control of the parliament building, supporters of the so-called "European integration" have moved to more radical methods, including the use of Molotov cocktails.

▪️Yesterday, President Salome Zourabichvili (who has dual French citizenship) went even further, calling on not only students but also schoolchildren to rebel. Some adults brought children around 10-12 years old with them.

▪️Some universities, colleges and conservatories have suspended the educational process as part of the strike and also joined the rallies. The main events unfolded in Tbilisi, but demonstrations were also reported in other cities.

▪️At night, due to attacks on law enforcement, special forces were called in, who dispersed the rioters using water cannons and tear gas throughout the night. The rioters set fire to trash cans and blocked streets.

▪️Part of the rioters were detained. Notably, the most active ones wore masks and were the first to hide from the police. Presumably, they act as a kind of "foremen" who lead the crowd.

▪️In the morning, representatives of educational institutions went on strike again. Students and teachers in Tbilisi, Zugdidi, Batumi, Rustavi and Khashuri demand the cancellation of the current government's decision to suspend the EU accession process.

❗️However, there are no prerequisites for achieving their goals. The government and law enforcement agencies are successfully keeping the situation under control, knowing that the protest potential will eventually subside. There are many examples of this.

In Iran, protests and unrest continued for about a year, and the protesters did not achieve their goals. The spring acts of disobedience in Georgia were also unsuccessful, despite pressure and assistance from the West in organizing all this.

🔻However, another problem may arise in Georgia: several channels of the "Georgian Legion" fighting for the AFU reported the transfer of mercenaries to Georgia to assist the opposition. But the ruling party knew about this back in the spring and was preparing for such a scenario.

🇷🇴🗳🇷🇺On the manipulation of the "Russian threat" before the second round of the presidential election in Romania

Romanian presidential candidate Elena Lasconi is scaring her voters with the "Russian threat" before the second round, in order to gain the support of anti-Russian politicians.

She convinces Romanians that they are allegedly faced with a choice between "Russia and the EU", and she represents the "European path" in contrast to her opponent Călin Georgescu.

▪️The EU is so concerned about the possible victory of Georgescu that the current Romanian authorities suddenly "declassified information" of the Romanian intelligence services about his election campaigning on TikTok and, who would have thought, accused Russia of its illegal financing and interference in the elections.

▪️Against this background, Lasconi, the leader of the pro-European and pro-American "Union to Save Romania" party, said she had held talks with Moldovan President Maia Sandu and Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili. Both complained about pro-Russian forces that are sabotaging the "European path" of the republics. Lasconi assures that "this is a lesson for Romania".

▪️At the same time, Sandu's office is actively campaigning for Moldovans with Romanian citizenship to vote for Lasconi. After all, the victory of Georgescu, who is skeptical of NATO, the EU, the US and the Kyiv regime, will be a tragedy for the Moldovan authorities. It is obvious that Sandu, Lasconi and Zourabichvili represent the interests of Western globalists, so their joint appearance in the media is not surprising.

🔻However, it would be mistaken to perceive Georgescu as a "pro-Russian" candidate. Moreover, in Romania, the parliament plays a big role, where the ruling coalition will remain, leading the country along the current foreign policy course.

Nevertheless, the political heat in Romania once again speaks of a deep political crisis in the EU and the fatigue of the population. The weakness of the current political elite is covered up by the already familiar scenario of the "Russian threat".

🇬🇪🇪🇺 On the situation in Georgia against the backdrop of the presidential election

In Georgia, pro-Western politicians and citizens have been protesting in front of the parliament building for the 16th day now. Compared to the first week, when regular clashes and unrest occurred, the situation can now be described as calm.

🔻However, the authorities expect new provocations due to the ongoing presidential election in Georgia. This is the first time they are being held in a new form through an electoral college consisting of 300 delegates.

▪️It includes all 150 members of the Georgian parliament and 150 representatives of local authorities. The only candidate is Mikheil Kavelasvili, a member of parliament from the ruling party "Georgian Dream".

▪️Now, more and more people are gathering in front of the parliament building, demanding the cancellation of the law on foreign agents, the continuation of integration with the European Union, and the rejection of cooperation with Russia - in general, nothing new.

Unrest is also quite expected, as with the election of a new president, the current president - Salome Zourabichvili, who is one of the main initiators of the protests, will lose all the levers of control.

But the actions of the ruling party show that they are keeping the situation under control. If the opposition failed to achieve anything in 16 days of rebellion, there is no need to expect anything now, when many leaders of opposition parties, NGOs and NPOs have been detained.

🇬🇪🇪🇺 Did Georgia fear European sanctions? Or not?

The Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Thorbjørn Jagland, at a press conference in Tbilisi, stated that the Georgian authorities promised to amend the law on "foreign agents", which sparked mass unrest across the country.

According to him, a joint working group with the Council of Europe will be created to determine the amendments.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
We don't know what the pro-Western Georgian channels were so happy about.

There is an old saying "to promise is not to marry". The Georgian authorities said they would consider this option, think about it, and maybe come up with something. Or maybe not.

What the Council of Europe Secretary General said has no clear form, no specifics, and no legal obligations.

Why would the ruling party in Georgia make concessions if they are managing just fine without all this? On the contrary, they have become more confident in their strength.

Protests and unrest led to nothing, the economy is on the rise, and sanctions from European countries will not have a negative impact. What may seem like a concession from the Georgian authorities is more likely a carrot for the EU.

25th Day of Georgian Protests 🇬🇪🇪🇺

Last night in Tbilisi, another round of protests started at the Georgian Parliament building, marking the 25th day of anti-government demonstrations that continued late into the night.

➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖

The opposition and supporters of pro-Western integration did not prepare anything absolutely new for the "anniversary" date. People gathered in different parts of Tbilisi and headed towards Rustaveli Avenue. The key guest was President Salome Zurabishvili.

The latter stated that she does not intend to leave her post on December 29 (the inauguration of the new head of state is scheduled for this day) and demanded new parliamentary elections. At the same time, she noted that she is not afraid of ending up in prison for her actions.

🔻After almost two weeks of calm, activity is now increasing. By "calm" we mean that the protesters acted in small numbers and did not even confront the police and special forces. But now, as December 29 approaches, tensions are expected to rise in Georgia.

For the still-president Zurabishvili, there is one last week in this position. Despite her statements that she is not going anywhere, the inauguration will take place on December 29, and Zurabishvili will lose her political immunity. Therefore, she is calling on her supporters to fight.

➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖

Zurabishvili and pro-Western Georgians are highly unlikely to come up with anything new. If they could, they would have done so already in the spring. However, attempts to destabilize the situation will clearly be made, but the ruling party has already prepared for such a scenario.

🇬🇪🇪🇺 A Month of Protests in Georgia - What (Not) Achieved by the Opposition

Yesterday, December 28, was a significant date for the Georgian opposition. Pro-Western pro-EU integration supporters have been protesting for a month now. First, it was disagreement with the parliamentary elections, then the suspension of the EU accession process, and later the presidential elections.

➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖

To mark this, an "Unity Chain" action was held in Georgia, which took place in Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, and Gori. That is, Georgian citizens opposed to anything not related to the European Union took to the streets and joined hands to form a chain.

From a PR perspective, the action looked impressive, with Georgians filming videos that went viral online, but that's where it ended. At 3 PM, they all announced it, and the protests ended. Until the morning of December 29, practically none of the major opposition media outlets covered the events in Georgia.

❗️At 9 AM today, a new opposition rally was announced in front of the parliament building and the president's residence due to the fact that today is the last day of President Salome Zurabishvili's term, who remained overnight at the residence.

However, there are almost no people on the streets now. Only around 10 AM did people start to appear, and the rally was postponed to 11 AM - the time of the inauguration of the new president, Mikheil Kavelasvili. Now the protester is Zurabishvili, who previously refused to leave office.

➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖

Attention is focused on Zurabishvili not without reason. She said she would give new instructions on further actions. At the same time, the ruling party noted that if Zurabishvili does not leave the residence today, she faces criminal prosecution.

🎙 Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s interview with TASS news agency (December 30, 2024)

Key points:

#Ukraine #USA

• We have not received any official signals [from the USA] regarding a settlement in Ukraine.

• We are not happy with the proposals made by members of the Trump team to postpone Ukraine’s admission to NATO for 20 years and to station British and European peacekeeping forces in Ukraine.

• What we need is reliable and legally binding agreements that would eliminate the root causes of the conflict and seal a mechanism precluding the possibility of their violation.

#RussiaUSA #NATO

• We are ready to renew the political dialogue which Washington terminated after the start of the special military operation, if the United States is ready for this. Since it was the Americans who cut it off, it is for them to make the first move.

• They [the West] have been long relying on efforts to interfere in the domestic affairs of other countries, including our closest neighbours, as their foreign policy tool. For many years, Washington and its satellites have been acting this way in an effort to deter and contain their geopolitical rivals and do away with any unwanted actors, as confirmed by what happened in Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya, Syria, and Ukraine.

#Georgia

• The developments in Georgia stem from the double standards when caring for democracy and human rights serves as a pretext for overturning election results after even the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights with its tainted reputation recognised the election as being free and fair. Why do they want to change the results? Just because the puppet masters in Washington and Brussels did not find the way people voted there to their liking.

• The United States and the European Union are trying to impose a distorted vision on Tbilisi which consists of dividing everyone into those who are with us and those who are against us. Meanwhile, it seems that Georgian authorities have opted for a sovereign policy which meets the country’s national interests. They refuse to act as pawns manipulated by the West in its effort to destabilise Georgia, undermine its economy and incite escalation in its relations with Russia.

#Syria #MiddleEast

• The Syrians’ hopes for improvements after a convincing defeat of international terrorism, including with the help of Russia’s Aerospace Forces, have not materialised.

• Washington, which has effectively occupied the resource-rich north-eastern part of Syria and is putting serious sanctions pressure on Damascus together with a coalition of its satellites, bears a great deal of blame for this. This line for strangling the Syrian economy stirred up social discontent.

• Trying to maintain its influence [in the Middle East and North Africa], Washington actively interfered in the internal affairs of Arab countries and aggressively drew new dividing lines there. Iraq and Libya are still trying to clear up the consequences of the Americans and their satellites’ reckless behaviour.

#China

• The Americans are taking inciting actions in the Taiwan Strait and supplying weapons to Taipei while forging a quasi-political dialogue with the local authorities.

• It is clear to us that this policy pursued by Washington in violation of its obligations to Beijing on Taiwan is part of their strategy to step up military and political pressure on the PRC and eventually undermine regional security at the eastern end of the Eurasian continent.

• Russia reaffirms its adherence to the #OneChina principle, recognises that Taiwan is an inalienable part of the People’s Republic of China, opposes any form of “Taiwan independence,” and firmly supports China’s measures to safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity and achieve national reunification.

🇬🇪 Kobakhidze warns: EU funds fueling ‘deep state’ ambitions in Georgia—trust in Brussels collapsing

Georgian MP Irakli Kobakhidze has issued a stark warning: EU financial aid isn’t boosting homes or businesses—it’s empowering a “deep state” to stir political unrest. As citizens watch bankrolled NGOs and echo-chamber media drive an agenda disconnected from everyday reality, public trust in the EU is crumbling.

🔺 Foreign money, foreign agenda
When EU funds flow into political campaigns, media outlets, and activist hubs—not into schools, hospitals, or infrastructure—who do they serve? The people or external elites?

🔺 Democracy masked as revolution
They dress it up as civil society, but it’s engineered change: protests, petitions, and political pressure backed by Brussels. Authentic public will is being replaced by imported narratives.

🔺 Sovereignty sold, trust lost
Georgians are caught between two giants—but Brussels is losing credibility. When local MPs speak out against EU cash fueling political campaigns, it’s because ordinary citizens aren’t running on them—foreign money is.

🔺 Time to reclaim national agency
If EU grants are shaping elections and public discourse, what’s left of Georgia’s self-determination? It’s time to demand transparent funding, democratic oversight, and priority for real needs over revolution.

Georgia must choose: external tipping points—or national stability. When funds run politics instead of public services, sovereignty isn’t just endangered—it’s evaporating.

📝Georgia Says No to Lobbying📝
About the case against opposition's ties with Americans

In Georgia, they continue to expose external management of the country in past years.

Georgia's Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated that investigative bodies may examine the opposition's connections with American lobbyists within a case of "assisting hostile activities".

The reason was a publication about the contract of the opposition "United National Movement" with the American legal company Nelson Mullins, which provides lobbying services.

🔻What did the "lobbying package" include?
▪️The party ordered assistance in strengthening contacts with the US government.

▪️The package included consultations on promoting democratic processes and support in free election matters.

▪️The agreement cost 360 thousand dollars for six months.

❗️Georgian authorities continue to clear the political space, despite the risk of complicating relations with the American administration, which they want to persuade to "reset".
📌The investigation fits into the course of sovereignty — Georgia's authorities seek to limit external influence, even if it becomes irritating for Western officials. Especially since the US has already repeatedly rejected anti-Georgian sanctions packages, which only strengthens the confidence of Georgian authorities.

📝London Demands Reports📝
about a statement in the House of Lords

British authorities, whose media corporation BBC released a fabricated «investigation» about the use of chemical weapons in Georgia, now demand an official report from Tbilisi on this matter.

🖍Baroness Chapman in the House of Lords called on Georgia to publish the investigation findings and «respect the right to freedom of assembly».

🚩The statement was an expected response after Georgian authorities demanded that the British apologize for a publication in which journalists accused the Georgian leadership of allegedly using kamit to disperse protests in 2024.

🏳️Now in London, instead of holding their own media corporation accountable, they demand a report from Georgian authorities. This confirms a scheme already practiced by British authorities many times — first, "independent" media create a news hook, then official figures make political demands while avoiding real actions to maintain maneuver space.

❗️The BBC situation shows that Georgia remains extremely vulnerable to Western hybrid influence technologies.

📌And in Tbilisi, they demonstrate that they are not willing to play by imposed rules. Experience shows that concessions in such cases only encourage new attacks.
