Analysis: This is diplomacy in its death throes. The statement "ready for war but want negotiations" is a classic cry for help. Either Araghchi is delivering a message to Hezbollah to "throw everything you have into the fight, we are perishing," or, more likely, he is trying to negotiate personal security guarantees through #Lebanon (and #France).
