A Beneficial or Detrimental Return? A Qur'anic and Narrational Explanation of Verse 12 of Surah An-Nazi'at 🔍📖 In verse 12 of Surah An-Nazi'at, it is stated: ﴿قالُوا تِلْكَ إِذاً كَرَّةٌ خاسِرَةٌ﴾ “They say: If there is a return, it will be a losing return.”…
🌿 The Heavenly Abode of Wilayah – A Wilāya-Based Reflection on Surah Nazi‘āt, Verse 41
In Surah Nazi‘āt, verse 41, Allah says:
﴿فَإِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ هِيَ الْمَأْوَى﴾
"Indeed, Paradise is [his] refuge."
(Qur’an 79:41)
This verse describes the final destination of those who feared their Lord and restrained their souls from following desire. But there's a profound insight from the Wilāya-based interpretation preserved in the words of one of the greatest companions of the Prophet, Ibn Abbas (may Allah have mercy on him):
🌸 Paradise: The Refuge of Ali and His Followers
Ibn Abbas says:
"فَإِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ هِیَ الْمَأْوَى، خَاصّاً لِعَلِیٍّ (ع) وَمَنْ كَانَ عَلَى مَنْهَاجِهِ"
“Indeed, Paradise is the abode — specifically for Ali (peace be upon him) and those who follow his path.”
(Tafsīr Ahl al-Bayt, vol. 17, p. 368)
This sheds light on a subtle truth: Paradise is not just the reward for piety — it is the natural abode of those who hold fast to the Wilayah of Ali (peace be upon him) and remain steadfast on his way.
🌍 Mahdī Perspective & Today’s Message
From a Mahdī (aj) perspective, this verse is a reminder that in the time of the reappearance and the establishment of divine justice by the awaited Imam (may Allah hasten his reappearance), those who walk in the path of Ali (a.s.) and AhlulBayt will inherit not only Paradise in the Hereafter but also peace and security in this world.
Following Ali is the path to salvation and the garden of eternal peace.
Those who never part from the way of Ali and Mahdi (peace be upon them) will find their abode in nothing but God’s pleasure and the highest paradise.

In the narrations, the infallible Imams (peace be upon them) are described as divine ambassadors, bearers and interpreters of revelation. This equally applies to Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance) who, in the time of occultation, preserves the true essence of divine guidance and, with his reappearance, will manifest the full reality of the Qur’an to all humankind.

Wilayah & Mahdist Reflection:
The murder of a divinely-appointed leader is the peak of human injustice and ingratitude. Imam al-Mahdi (peace be upon him), as the avenger of all oppressed—including Imam Ali (peace be upon him)—will establish divine justice upon his reappearance. This verse echoes a warning to those who deny divine authority, paving the way for the truth to be unveiled on the Day of Reappearance.

🔹 Explaining Verses of Surah Āl-‘Imrān through the Teachings of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) 🔹
The interpretation of the verses of Surah Āl-‘Imrān, through the lens of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS), reveals the profound philosophy of divine trials, purification, and spiritual filtering on the path of faith and wilayah. Below, we examine three powerful verses with a Mahdist and wilā’ī perspective based on the sayings of the Ahl al-Bayt:
1. Verse 141:
وَلِيُمَحِّصَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا۟ وَيَمْحَقَ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ
🔹 Translation:
“And so that Allah may purify those who believe and eliminate the disbelievers.” (3:141)
🔹 Words of the Ahl al-Bayt:
Ibn ‘Abbas asked the Prophet ﷺ about the occultation of the Qa’im (Imam Mahdi AJ). The Prophet replied:
"Yes, by Allah! It is to purify the believers and destroy the disbelievers." Then he recited this verse.
🔹 Mahdist Insight:
The prolonged occultation of Imam Mahdi (AJ) is a divine process of tamḥīṣ — refining true believers from those who merely claim faith. This historical trial serves to prepare a pure, loyal, and filtered group of companions to establish the divine government of justice on earth. ✊🕊️

2. Verse 142:
🔹 Translation:
“Do you think you will enter Paradise while Allah has not yet made evident those who strive and those who are patient among you?” (3:142)
🔹 Words of Imam Kāẓim (AS):
“By Allah! What you await (i.e., the reappearance) will not come to pass except after a severe trial and intense filtering, until only a few remain.” Then he recited this verse.
🔹 Mahdist Insight:
Entry into the Mahdist society of justice—the earthly paradise—requires patience and true struggle. Prior to the reappearance, a spiritual filtration process unfolds, separating true warriors and patient waiters from pretenders. Only those who persevere will stand with the Imam of the Time (AJ). 🕊️⚔️⏳

3. Verse 144:
وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ إِلَّا رَسُولٌۭ...
🔹 Translation:
“Muhammad is no more than a messenger. Messengers have passed away before him. So if he dies or is killed, will you turn back on your heels? Anyone who turns back does not harm Allah at all; and Allah will reward the grateful.” (3:144)
🔹 Words of Imam ‘Alī (AS):
After the Prophet’s demise, devils gathered around Iblis, worried he had appointed a successor. But Iblis reassured them: “They will disregard the Prophet’s will, oppress the Ahl al-Bayt, and be overcome by the love of this world...”
🔹 Wilā’ī Insight:
This verse is a warning: the death of the Prophet ﷺ is not the end — the real test begins with allegiance to his successor. The true axis of guidance after him is Imam ‘Alī and the Ahl al-Bayt (AS). Turning away from them is a regression to ignorance and deviation from divine guidance. 🛡️🔥💔

🔖 #WilayahAfterProphethood #TestOfSuccession #TurningBack #AalImran144
🔸 Conclusion:
These three verses provide a clear vision of the divine tradition of testing, filtering, and refining believers — both in the era of the Prophet and during the Occultation of Imam Mahdi (AJ). This process, which began with the test of Succession after the Prophet ﷺ, continues in the form of Tamḥīṣ in our time.
Only those loyal to patience, jihad, and wilāyah will pass these trials and be worthy of joining the army of the awaited savior. 🌅🕊️⚔️

🔷 Verse 153 of Surah Āl ʿImrān – A Thematic Analysis with Tafsir, Narrations, Wilāyah & Mahdawī Perspective
📚 Part of the ongoing project: Explaining the Quranic Verses through the Lens of Mahdism and Wilāyah
📖 The Verse:
🔎 Narrative & Wilāyah-based Insights:
1. According to the narration by ʿAlī ibn Ibrāhīm, during the Battle of Uhud, all companions fled except for Imam ʿAlī (a.s.) and one helper from the Anṣār. The verse refers to this very incident, highlighting Imam ʿAlī’s unwavering loyalty.
📚 Tafsīr Ahl al-Bayt, vol. 2, p. 794; Bihār al-Anwār, vol. 20, p. 113
2. Similarly, during the Treaty of Ḥudaybiyyah, many companions opposed the Prophet’s decision. The Prophet (PBUH) reminded them of their cowardice at Uhud to emphasize the importance of submission during divine trials.
📚 Tafsīr Ahl al-Bayt, vol. 2, p. 794; Bihār, vol. 20, p. 350
3. The Prophet (PBUH) even referenced this verse during his dialogue with ʿUmar at Ḥudaybiyyah, saying: "Have you forgotten the day of Uhud, when you were fleeing and I was calling you back?"
📚 Bihār, vol. 20, p. 141; Sharḥ Nahj al-Balāghah, vol. 15, p. 23
🔭 Mahdawī Reflection:
This verse and related narrations help us discern between the true companions and the unfaithful claimants. Just as many fled at Uhud and only ʿAlī (a.s.) stood firm, during the Era of Reappearance, many will be sifted through trials, and only the sincere will remain by the side of Imam al-Mahdī (aj).
The phrase "sorrow upon sorrow" (غَمّاً بِغَمٍّ) teaches us that abandoning the Divine Representative (Walī Allāh) results in spiritual loss and grief. This is a vital lesson for our loyalty to the Imam of our time.
The message is clear: salvation lies in staying with the Divine Proof, not in fleeing or questioning divine decree—just as the Prophet’s companions eventually regretted and recognized their error.
✨ Conclusion:
✅ This verse highlights the distinction between steadfast companions and the wavering claimants.
✅ The narrations reaffirm Imam ʿAlī (a.s.) as the model of unwavering loyalty amidst chaos.
✅ For the awaiters of Imam al-Mahdī (aj), the verse calls for endurance and loyalty during End-Time trials.
✅ Let us not be like the deserters of Uhud, but rather like ʿAlī (a.s.), who stood firm until the end with the Divine Guide.

The Call to Faith and the Wilāyah of the Righteous: A Mahdist Interpretation of Āl ʿImrān, Verse 193 🔹 Verse 193 – Surah Āl ʿImrān Arabic Text: رَبَّنَا إِنَّنَا سَمِعْنَا مُنَادِياً يُنَادِي لِلْإِيمَانِ أَنْ آمِنُوا بِرَبِّكُمْ فَآمَنَّا ۚ رَبَّنَا فَاغْفِرْ…
The Call to Faith and the Wilāyah of the Righteous: A Mahdist Interpretation of Āl ʿImrān, Verse 193
🔹 Verse 193 – Surah Āl ʿImrān
Translation:
“Our Lord! Indeed, we heard a caller calling to faith, saying, ‘Believe in your Lord,’ so we believed. Our Lord! Forgive us our sins, absolve us of our misdeeds, and cause us to die with the righteous.”
🕊 Exegetical and Hadith-Based Insights:
1. The Caller to Faith is the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH):
According to Imams al-Bāqir and al-Ṣādiq (peace be upon them), the “caller” in this verse refers to the Messenger of Allah, who called people to monotheism and faith.
📚 Tafsīr al-Qummī; Biḥār al-Anwār, vol. 66, p. 349
2. Call to Wilāyah as an Extension of the Call to Faith:
Imam al-Ṣādiq (a) referenced this verse in the Duʿā of Eid al-Ghadīr, affirming that the Prophet called people not only to belief in God but also to accept the Wilāyah of the Divinely appointed guardian. This implies that faith is incomplete without acceptance of Wilāyah.
📚 Tahdhīb al-Aḥkām, vol. 3, p. 144; Nūr al-Thaqalayn
3. Ghadīr Supplication and Affirmation of Ahl al-Bayt's Authority:
Imam al-Ṣādiq (a) continues in the supplication: “O Allah, keep our feet firm and cause us to die with the righteous… while affirming the authority of Your chosen ones.”
This means true believers are those who remain steadfast in Wilāyah until their death.
📚 Biḥār al-Anwār, vol. 95, p. 306
✨ Mahdist Reflections:
🔸 Who Is the Caller in the Age of Occultation?
Just as the Prophet (PBUH) was the caller to faith in his time, the Imam of our time (al-Mahdī, may Allah hasten his reappearance) is the hidden caller in the age of occultation. Knowing and affirming him is a vital part of true faith.
🔸 Responding to the Hidden Call:
The true faithful are those who answer the spiritual and intuitive call of the Imam, even if it is not overtly heard. The heart recognizes the truth of the Imam through fitrah (innate disposition).
🔸 Dying Among the Righteous Means Dying with the Ahl al-Bayt:
The prayer “cause us to die with the righteous” is a plea to die in the company of ʿAlī, Fāṭimah, Ḥasan, Ḥusayn, and their pure descendants up to the final proof (al-Ḥujjah, al-Mahdī).
📖 Refer also to: Sūrah al-Insān (76): 17–22 — describing the reward of the righteous and their companions in Paradise.
🏁 Wilāyah-Mahdawī Conclusion:
✅ “Our Lord! We heard a caller…” — This is our response to the Messenger’s call in the past, and to the veiled call of Your Proof today.
✅ True faith is incomplete without Wilāyah; and to die among the righteous is to live and die with recognition of and allegiance to the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), especially the Imam of our time.

🔹 Verse 137 – Surah An-Nisa | Wilayah and Mahdawi Elucidation
🌙 Noble Verse
“Indeed, those who believed then disbelieved, then believed [again] and then disbelieved, and then increased in disbelief—Allah will not forgive them, nor will He guide them to a [straight] path.” (An-Nisa, 4:137)
✍️ Wilayah Narration
✅ Ali ibn Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) 💬 said: “This verse was revealed about those who outwardly declared belief in the Prophet ﷺ but did not confirm it in their hearts. Secretly they conspired among themselves never to allow the matter of Wilayah to reach the Prophet’s Ahl al-Bayt. When Wilayah was proclaimed publicly and the Prophet ﷺ took a pledge from the people, they accepted it outwardly but still did not truly believe. After the Prophet’s passing, they disbelieved again and increased in disbelief. Allah says: ‘Allah will never forgive them, nor guide them to a way—except the way to Hell.’” 📚 Tafsir Ahl al-Bayt (A), vol. 3 | Bihar al-Anwar, vol. 31 | Tafsir al-Qummi, vol. 1
🌟 Wilayah Insight
🔹 This verse lifts the veil on clear hypocrisy and treachery whose core is the denial of Wilayah.
🔹 Outward faith without true allegiance to Wilayah is hidden disbelief and hypocrisy that leads only to Hell.
🔹 The clear message: loyalty to Wilayah is an essential condition for true faith and divine forgiveness.
✨ Mahdawi Perspective
🔸 In the time of the Reappearance, the truth of this verse will be revealed again; hypocrites and oath-breakers will be exposed and will have no option but to submit to the banner of truth: the Wilayah of the Qa’im of the family of Muhammad (may Allah hasten his reappearance).
🔸 In the just government of Imam Mahdi (A), true faith will be proven through real, practical commitment to Wilayah, leaving no room for hypocrisy or betrayal.
✅ Wilayah & Mahdawi Conclusion
✔️ Denying Wilayah is a return to disbelief and misguidance.
✔️ Accepting the Wilayah of Ali and his pure descendants (peace be upon them) is salvation from disbelief and the guarantee of true guidance.
✔️ The governance of the Qa’im (A) is the decisive embodiment of this Qur’anic truth.

🔹 Verse 166 – Surah An-Nisā’ | A Qur’anic Affirmation of Divine Wilayah and Mahdawiyyah
🌙 The Noble Verse
“But Allah bears witness to what He has revealed to you. He has sent it down with His knowledge. And the angels [too] bear witness. And sufficient is Allah as a witness.”
(Surah An-Nisā’, 4:166)
📜 The Wilāyah-Based Narration
✳️ Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said:
“‘But Allah bears witness to what He has revealed to you’ means that Allah bears witness to what He revealed to you about Ali (peace be upon him). ‘He has sent it down with His knowledge, and the angels bear witness. And sufficient is Allah as a witness’—this revelation is grounded in divine knowledge, affirmed by the angels, and God's testimony alone suffices to establish the truth of Ali’s (a) divine authority.”

🌟 Wilāyah and Mahdawī Insight
This verse powerfully underscores that the matter of Imam Ali’s (peace be upon him) divinely ordained leadership (wilāyah) is not merely inferred from human interpretation, but is a subject of explicit divine testimony. Allah Himself affirms what He has revealed concerning Ali (a), with the endorsement of the angels—rooted in divine knowledge and final in its authority.
According to the narration from Imam al-Sadiq (a), what Allah testifies to in this verse is the revelation of verses concerning Ali’s wilāyah. This divine testimony is a conclusive proof upon the ummah, leaving no room for denial or evasion.
🔸 From a Mahdawī perspective, this verse fortifies the line of divine leadership (wilāyah) from Imam Ali to Imam al-Mahdi (peace be upon them both). Just as the beginning of this sacred path was divinely testified to, its continuation until the advent of the final divine savior remains grounded in knowledge, scripture, and celestial witness.

🌟 Wilāyah and Mahdawī Reflection
This verse closely links two grave spiritual crimes: disbelief (kufr) and injustice (ẓulm). According to the narrations, these terms specifically point to those who denied and oppressed the rightful Wilāyah of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them)—especially after the event of Ghadīr when allegiance to Imam ʿAlī (a) was formally taken.
From a Wilāyah-based perspective, those who broke this covenant committed not only theological rejection but historical oppression. And from a Mahdawī lens, this verse stands as a divine warning to all who—throughout history—turned their backs on the leadership appointed by God. The reappearance of Imam al-Mahdī (may Allah hasten his reappearance) will unveil these long-concealed injustices, making the truth of Alawī Wilāyah manifest to all.
🧭 Summary of Wilāyah and Mahdawiyyah
The verse’s "disbelief and injustice" refer to denying and oppressing the Wilāyah of the Prophet’s household.
The Qur’an promises no forgiveness or guidance for those who rejected divine authority after being shown the truth.
Imam al-Mahdī (a) will expose this oppression and restore the forgotten truth of Wilāyah, fulfilling the divine justice foretold.

✨ Wilāyah and Mahdawī Perspective
This verse portrays the Prophet (s) not only as the bearer of law and scripture, but also as the bearer of the Wilāyah of Imam ʿAlī (a), as ordained by God. The Wilāyah of the Imams is the continuation and completion of the Prophetic mission. Faith is incomplete—and even rejected—without acceptance of this divinely appointed leadership.
Notably, the verse addresses all humanity with "O mankind!", indicating that the call to believe in Wilāyah is universal and eternal. Therefore, the message is not limited to the Prophet’s contemporaries—it extends until the reappearance of Imam al-Mahdī (may Allah hasten his reappearance).
📌 In the Age of Occultation, acting upon this verse includes:
Believing in the living Proof of Allah—Imam al-Mahdī (a)

🔹 Verse 50 – Surah Al-Ma’idah | Divine Judgment vs. the Judgment of Ignorance
🌙 The Noble Verse
"Do they seek the judgment of ignorance? Yet who is better than Allah in judgment for a people who have certainty?"
(Al-Ma’idah, 5:50)
✍️ Wilāyah-based Explanation
1. Imam al-Bāqir (peace be upon him) said:
💬 "There are only two types of judgment: the judgment of Allah and the judgment of Jāhiliyyah (ignorance). And Allah, the Exalted, has said: ‘And who is better than Allah in judgment for a people who have certainty?’ Bear witness that Zayd ibn Thābit judged in matters of inheritance by the law of Jāhiliyyah.”
📚 Tafsīr Ahl al-Bayt, vol. 4, p. 86 | Al-Kāfī, vol. 7, p. 407 | Tahdhīb al-Aḥkām, vol. 6, p. 217 | Al-Burhān, vol. 1, p. 525
✅ Message: Any deviation from divine judgment—even in the name of jurisprudence—is a return to the rule of ignorance.
2. Imam al-Ṣādiq (peace be upon him) said:
💬 "Judges are of four types: three are in the Fire and one is in Paradise. One who judges unjustly while knowing it—he is in Hell. One who judges unjustly unknowingly—he is also in Hell. One who judges rightly without knowledge—he too is in Hell. But one who judges rightly with knowledge—he is in Paradise."
And he added:
"There are only two types of judgment: Allah’s judgment and the judgment of ignorance. Whoever fails to judge by Allah’s law is judging by Jāhiliyyah."
📚 Tafsīr Ahl al-Bayt, vol. 4, p. 86 | Al-Kāfī, vol. 7, p. 407 | Al-Burhān
✅ Message: Righteous judgment requires both truth and knowledge. Any judgment outside divine guidance is branded as Jāhiliyyah, no matter how subtle.
3. Lady Fāṭimah al-Zahrā (peace be upon her) in her historical sermon regarding Fadak:
💬 When Abū Bakr denied her the inheritance of Fadak, she veiled herself, dressed modestly, and, accompanied by her female relatives, entered the mosque with dignity and reverence, her gait resembling that of the Prophet (PBUH). She sat behind a curtain before the gathering of Muhājirīn and Anṣār, and after a heart-wrenching sigh that moved the assembly to tears, she began her speech with praise of Allah and salutations upon the Prophet. Then she declared:
"You claim that we do not inherit from the Prophet?! Do you seek the judgment of Jāhiliyyah? But who is better than Allah in judgment for those who have certainty?! Do you not know?! Indeed, the truth is as radiant as the midday sun that I am his daughter. O Muslims! Should I be denied my rightful inheritance?"
📚 Tafsīr Ahl al-Bayt, vol. 4, p. 86 | Biḥār al-Anwār, vol. 29, p. 226 | Sharḥ Nahj al-Balāghah, vol. 16, p. 212 | Kashf al-Ghummah, vol. 1, p. 487
✅ Message: Lady Fāṭimah (sa) directly invoked this verse to reject the unjust judgment that deprived her of her rights, unveiling the clear contradiction between divine law and the caliphal verdict—labeling it as ḥukm al-jāhiliyyah.
🌟 Insight from Wilāyah and Mahdism
🔹 This verse offers a sharp criterion: every judgment system must be assessed by whether it aligns with divine authority.
🔹 The ḥukm al-jāhiliyyah refers not only to pre-Islamic customs, but to any governance or judgment that bypasses Allah’s appointed guardianship.
🔹 Historically, rejection of divinely appointed leaders—like Imam Ali (as) or Lady Fatimah’s (sa) rights—falls under this condemnation.
🔹 In the age of occultation, ignoring the authority and cause of Imam al-Mahdi (aj) in favor of secular or self-made systems is a modern echo of ḥukm al-jāhiliyyah.
✅ Takeaway
✔️ There are only two judgments: Allah’s or that of ignorance.
✔️ Every claim to justice must be evaluated by its alignment with divinely sanctioned truth.
✔️ Standing with Wilāyah and divine judgment is not merely a historical stance — it’s a timeless necessity.

🔴 From Zarif's Paradigm to Imam Khomeini's Paradigm
✍️ By Mostafa Amiri
---
✅ Zarif & "Change from Within"
▪️ Amidst the fateful war against Israel and the U.S., Javad Zarif reemerged with the JCPOA narrative, declaring in Foreign Policy:
"It’s time for a paradigm shift. Iran must initiate change from within." [1]
▪️ Mr. Zarif: The West’s problem is with the essence of Iran’s Revolution, not necessarily its governing system.
---
✅ Sariolghalam’s Interpretation of Zarif’s Paradigm
▪️ Mahmoud Sariolghalam (key intellectual of the "moderation" current) stated after the war with Israel:
"The 12-day war against Iran was largely designed and directed by Jews in New York. Why? Because for years, Iran’s central slogan has been the destruction of Israel."
▪️ He argued Iran faces a binary choice:
- Pursue economic development (like UAE/Saudi), OR
- Devote national resources to justice in the Middle East (confronting the U.S./Israel).
"Iran cannot do both." [2]
▪️ But we ask: Do the people endure economic hardship only because they see the Revolution as a prelude to Imam Mahdi’s reappearance? [3]
▪️ Responding to Abutalebi (Rouhani’s advisor), who asked:
"Why limit foreign policy to the geography of reappearance? What about our national interests?" [4]
▪️ We replied: "Is striving for Mahdism not itself the highest national interest? A future of justice, ending oppression, transforming the world?" [5]
---
✅ Who Is Right?
▪️ From Sariolghalam’s perspective: "Israel wants Nile-to-Euphrates, not Iran. Focus on tech and economy like UAE. Why fight America?"
▪️ But from a civilizational battle perspective: Iran’s mission is broader. Support from Yemen to Beirut to Palestine is inevitable—it’s a historical confrontation.
▪️ Imam Khomeini emphasized:
"The government must strive to serve the people, but this cannot divert from the Revolution’s grand goal: establishing a global Islamic government. Abandoning this duty would be a grave betrayal." [6]
▪️ The Revolution’s ideal was laying the groundwork for Imam Mahdi’s reappearance. If reduced to mere "development," its essence is lost.
▪️ The choice is clear:
- Integrate into the New World Order, OR
- Embrace Shiite futurism (preparing for reappearance).
▪️ The people endure hardships because they see the Revolution as a transitional phase toward reappearance—and it won’t take centuries. Those who dismiss this misunderstand the meaning of "prelude."

🌟 The First Act of Rebellion: Iblis vs. Adam (AS) 🌟 Once upon a time, in the heavenly realms, God created Adam (peace be upon him). As Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) narrates, Adam remained in a sculpted form for forty years before being fully completed.…
🌿 The Story of Iblis and the Divine Test
📖 Surah Al-A‘raf (7:14–16)
According to Imam al-Sadiq (a.s.), Iblis was the first who compared (qiyās) and became arrogant—and arrogance was the first sin ever committed against God.
Iblis said:
Allah replied:
When Iblis refused to prostrate, God expelled him, saying:
Then Iblis pleaded:
Thus Iblis asked for life until the Day of Resurrection, for power over Adam’s children, to flow through them like blood, to see them while remaining unseen, and to take any form he wished.
God granted all.
At last, Iblis swore:

📖 Surah Al-A‘raf (7:14–16)
(7:14)
He said: “Grant me respite until the Day they are raised.”
According to Imam al-Sadiq (a.s.), Iblis was the first who compared (qiyās) and became arrogant—and arrogance was the first sin ever committed against God.
Iblis said:
“My Lord, spare me from bowing to Adam, and I will worship You with such devotion that neither an angel nor a prophet has ever shown!”
Allah replied:
“I have no need of your worship. I wish to be worshiped as I command, not as you desire.”
When Iblis refused to prostrate, God expelled him, saying:
“Get out, for you are accursed. My curse shall be upon you until the Day of Judgment.”
Then Iblis pleaded:
“My Lord, You are the Just One — shall my reward be void?”
Allah said: “No. Ask of the world what you wish; I shall grant it.”
Thus Iblis asked for life until the Day of Resurrection, for power over Adam’s children, to flow through them like blood, to see them while remaining unseen, and to take any form he wished.
God granted all.
At last, Iblis swore:
“By Your Glory! I will mislead them all — except Your purified servants.”
(A‘raf: 16–17)
💠 Imam al-Sadiq (a.s.) added:
“God granted Iblis respite until the Day when our Qa’im (al-Mahdi) shall rise.”

(7:15)
He (Allah) said: “You are of those given respite.”
When God accepted Iblis’s request, Adam (a.s.) cried:
“My Lord! You have empowered Iblis over my children, letting him flow within them like blood. What will be our share of protection?”
Allah replied:
“For every evil deed, only one will be counted; but every good deed will be multiplied tenfold.”
“The gate of repentance will remain open until the soul reaches the throat.”
“And I forgive again and again, without limit.”
📚 Bihar al-Anwar, vol. 11, p. 142
___
(7:16)
He (Iblis) said: ‘Because You have sent me astray, I will surely lie in wait for them on Your straight path.’
Imam al-Baqir (a.s.) explained:
“O Zurārah! He lies in wait for you and your companions, for others he has already finished his work.”
Imam al-Sadiq (a.s.) said:
“The Straight Path (Ṣirāt al-Mustaqīm) that Iblis vowed to block is Amir al-Mu’minin ʿAlī (a.s.).”

🌍 A Forgotten Covenant Remembered — The Nubians and the Return with Imam al-Mahdi (aj)
#Hadith #ImamSadiq #ImamMahdi #EndTimes #UnityOfBelievers #IslamicProphecy ✨
Imam al-Ṣādiq (peace be upon him) said:
🌿 ✨ Commentary:
This profound narration reveals a spiritual truth about the universality of Imam al-Mahdi’s mission.
It teaches that faith is not bound by race or lineage — even those who were once distant from divine remembrance will awaken when the final Savior appears.
The people of Nubia — once known for their Christian heritage — are described as keepers of a forgotten covenant, a sacred trust that will re-emerge at the end of times. Their return to truth and their participation in the Mahdi’s uprising signify that the divine promise transcends all human divisions.
When the Imam rises, souls from every corner of the world — Arab and non-Arab, black and white, believer and seeker — will feel the same inner call of remembrance.
It is the call of a covenant made before time, and it will bring humanity back under one banner: the banner of justice, truth, and divine unity. 🌅

Imam al-Ṣādiq (peace be upon him) said:
“Do not purchase any of the black slaves; but if it is necessary, then buy from the Nubians, for they are among those whom God mentioned in His Book:
‘And among those who said, “We are Christians,” We took their covenant, but they forgot a portion of what they were reminded of.’ (Qur’an 5:14)
Indeed, they will remember that portion, and a group of them will rise with the Qā’im (the Promised Mahdi) from among us.”

🔴 “Active Awaiting” in the US vs. Iran: A Distance from Earth to Heaven
✍️ Mostafa Amiri
▪️ In the United States, thousands of books are written about instilling hope in Christian society, the future, and the savior.
▪️ Does it not then raise the question: Why are U.S. senators so infatuated and supportive of Israel?
▪️ Of course, in Iran too, several works have been compiled about Mahdism and the reasons for supporting Palestine, such as the books "The Middle East in the Age of Advent" and "Māreqah al-Rūm", which have reached audiences inside and outside the country.
▪️ In the book "World War Before the Advent", we also portrayed the foundations of Zionism.
🔻 And yet:

Netanyahu’s speech at the CUFI conference in the presence of John Hagee, whose organization has over 10 million members supporting Jews.
Christians United for Israel (CUFI) was founded in Texas, USA.
2️⃣ Second Image:

Are there also books in Iranian society that strengthen hope and messianic belief, based on the Quran and Hadiths?

🔴 The Savior: From “Iran to America” and Its Reflection in Foreign Policy
✍️ Mostafa Amiri
▪️ The text was initially only a message from our audience, and we did not intend to add anything to it. However, the issue was so important that it was eventually edited. Now, this “combined text” from the audience and the author is presented to you:
▪️ The reason the culture of awaiting (انتظار) has not fully developed in Iran, or what you call “active awaiting,” is that religious experts have presented Mahdism as so abstract, non-operational, and devoid of practical agency that many people do not have a tangible understanding of it.
● Now, take a survey: Out of these 80 million people in Iran, how many are serious followers and actively engaged in Mahdism-related topics?
● What is the most viewed Mahdist channel? How many members does it have? At most, 30,000.
▪️ Suppose even 500,000 out of 80 million follow a certain Mahdist channel. Look at the recent posts of these channels — how many views did they get? Then compare that with sports and entertainment channels.
▪️ On the other hand, there is this famous phrase in the popular approach to the concept of the Savior:
“Imam Mahdi will come and fix everything.”
▪️ Well, how much of this perception is believable or rational?
But in contrast, in America, they have successfully framed the discourse of the coming of the Savior as completely achievable and down-to-earth. Completely tangible!
▪️ What does that mean? It means you must take these steps for the Savior to appear:
Support the establishment of Israel, consider war in the Middle East as part of a divine plan, etc.
▪️ Cultural projects, valuable publications, media productions, organizations like Christians United for Israel (CUFI), etc., are merely examples of practical actions in American society.
▪️ The result is that in the Shia land of Imam Mahdi, because people lack a proper understanding of the issue, they do not feel a strong sense of duty.
▪️ Meanwhile, in America, both the government and the people who await the Savior have long been planning, future-studying, and taking #practical action, because for them, the issue equates to a sense of duty and social power — and its reflection in U.S. foreign policy is evident.
▪️ The consequences of these two models of promoting the discourse of awaiting the Savior can now be seen in the two societies:
● In Iranian society, people say: “What do we have to do with Lebanon and Palestine?”
● But in American society, they consider supporting Jews and Israel as a divine plan for the future and the salvation of humanity. Isn’t that strange?
These topics that you present and emphasize should reach the youth — they are documented, rational, and based on tangible evidence, and will be very enlightening.

💠 Ayatollah Mar‘ashi Najafi:
Although seeing Imam al-Mahdi (peace be upon him) is a great virtue, greater than that is to act in such a way that we become worthy of his attention and regard, and that he looks upon us.

What Is the Greatest “Good” in the Sight of God?
🔷 What does Allah Himself call the greatest “good”?
The Qur’an gives us a profound answer:
There are countless forms of goodness in our lives. Caring for orphans is good. Praying on time is good. Helping the poor, building schools, serving others, and easing people’s difficulties are all noble deeds.
No one is saying otherwise.
But if Allah Himself tells us what is “better for you”, then we should pay attention to what He is pointing toward.
“بَقِيَّةُ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ”
In the teachings of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), Baqiyyatullah is associated with the divine proof and, in particular, Imam al-Mahdi (peace be upon him).
This does not diminish the value of other good deeds. Rather, it gives them direction.
You may feed an orphan and earn immense reward.
You may pray at the proper time and draw closer to Allah.
You may help the needy and serve humanity.
All of these are paths toward goodness.
But knowing the Imam, remaining loyal to the wilayah of Ahl al-Bayt, and helping preserve the faith of people in the age of occultation gives these efforts a greater direction and purpose.
This is why serving Imam al-Mahdi (peace be upon him) is not merely an emotional expression of love.
It can mean guiding people toward faith, preserving the teachings of Ahl al-Bayt, defending truth, protecting people from losing their connection with religion, and helping those who are being swept away by the currents of our time.
The true believer is not someone who merely waits for the Imam.
The true believer prepares people for him.
When people are being pulled away from faith, someone must reach out and bring them back. When ignorance spreads, someone must preserve knowledge. When hope disappears, someone must keep the light of wilayah alive.
That, too, is a form of serving the Imam of our time.
So let us not ask only:
“What good deed can I do?”
Let us also ask:
“Which good deed brings me closer to Allah, strengthens wilayah, and helps others remain on the path of divine guidance?”
For the believer, Baqiyyatullah is not merely a name to be spoken.
He is a direction toward which the heart, faith, and deeds must move.
اللهم عجل لوليك الفرج 🤲

“What remains with Allah is better for you, if you are believers.”

🔷 Does Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance) Truly Matter to Us?
🔸 We all make plans for work, income, family, education, and dozens of daily responsibilities.
But if we were to put our entire 24-hour schedule down on paper, one serious question would arise:
How much of our daily schedule is actually dedicated to Imam al-Mahdi (aj)? 🤔
🧠 Imagine that, with today’s scientific tools, detailed images of our brain were taken—showing different sections and the activities taking place within them.
Now ask yourself:
If there were to be a specific part of our thoughts and priorities dedicated to our most important responsibility, would there actually be a place in our mind and our life for serving Imam al-Mahdi (aj)?
🔹 A true believer who awaits the Imam should have reached this conviction deep within their heart and mind:
This means that Imam al-Mahdi should not merely be a name mentioned in our prayers;
rather, he should be at the center of our lives and guide our choices.
🔸 Of course, this does not mean abandoning our work and responsibilities.
We must work,
💰 earn lawful income,
👨👩👧👦 care for our families,
💼 have a profession and a respected place in society,
📚 study and learn,
and strive for a better life.
These things, too, can become part of our worship of Allah and our obedience to the teachings of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
But here is the real question:
Are these things the ultimate purpose of our lives—or are they means through which we fulfill our greater responsibility?
🎯 If the essential duty of a true follower is to serve Imam al-Mahdi, then there must be a real place for this duty in our daily schedule.
Even if we say:
“My Imam, I truly cannot give more time than this—but I will dedicate one hour every day to you.”
One hour to know our Imam,
one hour to learn about the teachings of Mahdism,
one hour to understand and answer doubts and misconceptions,
one hour to properly introduce the culture of awaiting the reappearance,
one hour to do something that brings about the Imam’s satisfaction...
⏳ If we consciously dedicated just one hour of every day to our Imam, would our lives still be the same?
Perhaps our situation would not be what it is today... if the Imam truly had a place in our daily lives.
🌱 True awaiting is not merely something we say with our tongues; it is something we make time for.

🔸️ “In order to establish a connection with the Imam, one must first purify oneself. The heart must be cleansed. If the heart is pure, it can perceive these spiritual waves and even behold the image. But if the heart is not pure and is covered with dust, it cannot see clearly...
It is we who have deprived ourselves of the blessing of seeing him. Otherwise, there is no distance between us and the one we long for.” 🌹
